Buffalo Springs Roofing is a local information and referral site for roofing in Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains towns. It is operated by Marketing Doctor LLC.
We are not a roofing contractor. We do not employ crews, we do not own equipment, we do not bid jobs and we will never turn up at your house. If somebody knocks on your door claiming to be from this site, they are not.
What we actually do
Two things. We publish what local roofing companies get asked the same questions about every week: what things cost here, what the City of Lubbock requires, and what the Texas rules around insurance claims actually say. And when somebody calls the number on this site or sends the form, we pass that request to an independent roofing company that works that town.
How we are paid
By the roofing companies, not by you. A company pays to receive the calls and requests that come through this site. Nothing you do here costs you anything and nothing is added to what you are quoted because you found the company through us.
You should know that because it tells you what our incentive is. We do well when a homeowner and a roofer both end up satisfied enough that the roofer keeps taking our calls. We do badly when we hand people to somebody who does poor work, so the company on the other end of this number is one we chose rather than the highest bidder.
What we do not do
We do not write reviews of local companies or rank them. We do not take a cut of your job. We do not sell your details to a list of contractors who will all ring you, which is what most “get three quotes” sites are doing. Your request goes to one company.
The name
Buffalo Springs Lake sits south east of the city in Lubbock County. It is a local landmark rather than a claim about where anyone is based.
