What we collect, and when

If you send the form. Your name, phone number, the town you chose, the description of the problem you chose, anything you typed in the message box, the page you sent it from, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else. We do not ask for your address, your email, your date of birth or anything about your finances or your household.

If you call the number on this site. Calls to the number on this site are routed and recorded through CallRail, a call tracking service. CallRail logs the calling number, the time and the length of the call, and records the audio. The recorded notice you hear at the start of the call is there for that reason. No CallRail tracking script runs on these pages; the number is written into the page and the tracking happens on the call itself.

If you just read the site. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the ordinary request information any web host sees, including your IP address, in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other analytics or tracking script on these pages.

Spam check. When the contact form is active it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a check to distinguish people from automated submissions. Turnstile is designed not to track users across sites.

That is the complete list. If we add anything to it, this page changes first.

Who receives your information

• The independent roofing company we pass your request to, so they can contact you about it. One company, not a list.
• CallRail, for calls, as described above.
• Cloudflare, as host and for the spam check.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or any list of contractors who will all ring you.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 400 days and then deleted. Call recordings are kept according to the settings in the CallRail account, which is currently a rolling retention rather than indefinite.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on the contact page and say which. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we apply the same process to anyone who asks regardless of where they live.

If you would rather not have a call recorded, say so at the start of the call and the person you are speaking to can take it from there, or use the form instead.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
